I have been renting my household for a while now.
I genuinely like my place and my proprietor is wonderful too, but however, there are a few things that need to be changed around my household if I am going to stay for much longer.
I don’t want to deliver my proprietor any ultimatums, however I guess he needs to know my situation and that I will be leaving if my needs aren’t met, however one thing that I have spoken to him about many times is the HVAC system. I don’t guess I can take it much longer because the cooling system hasn’t been working properly for about six weeks. In our neighborhood it’s the middle of the Summer and my friend and I have actually tepid Summer temperatures. I have spoken to my proprietor about this a few times and his response is consistently that he will maintenance it. However, I have not seen him make an effort to maintenance anything since I told him the first time about the HVAC complications. I am starting to get angry because I don’t guess that I can live like this for much longer. Thankfully, I was able to get a box fan for my room to help cool me off while I am sleeping. I am going to tell my proprietor one more time about the HVAC complications and if he doesn’t maintenance it after that I am going to leave my household and he will have to find someone else to live here.
