HVAC technicians will answer any question you have
I have sold houses to people almost all of my adult life. It is something I love doing. I love making other people’s dreams come true. It is awesome to see people fall in love with a home. You think about all the memories they get to make there. Selling houses is not that easy of a job though. You are always focused on selling a house. That is how you make the money. I have to sell a house in order to make money. You need to think about all of the aspecs of the house. You also need to be prepared to answer all questions. Many people do not think to ask about the HVAC system that is currently within the home. I usually do not bother with it. I always know where the HVAC unit is located though. One time I got a customer who asked about the HVAC system. It was one of the only times this happened. He asked me what was installed and asked if I could run the system. I could run the system but I had no idea what to tell him. I had to look at the papers. I even had to ask an HVAC company to explain thoroughly what each system was and what it could do. I am sure it seemed like I was a little unprofessional. The HVAC technician was very helpful though. Even though I was not a paying customer, he was still happy to help. HVAC technicians will answer any question you have. They were extremely helpful and I even left the couple with the phone number incase there were any other questions.
