I was so happy to finally transport out of our parents house, i took the first condo that I could find in our budget.

I didn’t suppose anything about looking for apartments and I didn’t bother to check if the plumbing worked well or even if I was responsible to pay the boiling water bill.

The first month in the condo went well, and all of our bills were paid and I had food in the fridge. The second month in the condo went downhill. I started to have trouble with the AC unit. I called the property owner and she told myself and others that I was responsible for paying for the AC repairs. I looked at our lease and I could not suppose that I did not pay attention to that clause. I didn’t suppose what to do about the AC concerns and it was only the start of Summer. I called our Dad and dad and they paid for an AC service corporation to come to the apartment. Thankfully, the service was inexpensive. I still owe our Dad and dad $400 for the cost of the AC repair, however at least I do not have to spend the entire Summer being irritated. I was in a hurry to get out of our parents home and be on our own, however I should have waited until I was more financially stable to move. My parents would have been happy to let myself and others stay as long as I wanted. They were in no rush for myself and others to leave. I am the youngest of several and now the home is completely empty.

I have constantly been romantic about visual art, even though I never thought I could turn it into a job someday.

I figured that I’d easily land myself a 9 to 5 office job where I’b relegated to sitting in misery in a cubicle for the rest of my adult life.

I went through that process for a number of years, being in one call center after the next. But while I was grinding away in the workforce, I was relentlessly pursuing my hobbies in visual art. I paint when I have the inspiration, even though I appreciate to work with clay whenever I have time available. Sculpting pottery and figurines is becoming an obsession that takes up most of my time when I’m condo from work… A coworker from my last job told me that I should sell my pottery at a local arts and crafts fair, even though I didn’t know I was nice enough to turn my interest into a business. I took a leap of faith and ended up selling all of the clay root budweiser mugs I had made, which all had custom and particular glazes and colors. The next week I came back to the tolerable with more of my work, and again it was a roaring success. I have so more than 2 purchasers right now that I’m struggling to keep up with the process. I need a greater toiling space to grow my business. I started looking all around my neighborhood for shop space to rent so I can get my component out of my cramped condo and into a sizable industrial or commercial space. I had to ask around and spent more than one weeks straight looking at ad listings for shop space to rent before I found a perfect arena in a new industrial park. The rent is affordable and it isn’t far from my house.

Building this log cottage has been a lifelong dream of mine, plus a source of worry plus work for the last more than two years. I suppose I may have another year or so left until I am done with it all, part of the reason for that is myself and others being in no hurry at all. I want it to be pitch perfect in every way, so if it takes various years to finish, then that’s how long it takes! The structure itself is done, plus there is a roof plus walls plus even exterior doors, so I can sleep here on long weekends. To work here while in the Summer I unquestionably had to invest in a small a/c unit, which would work now that I had enclosed spaces. The first few summers were brutal, with no hope of any cooling besides jumping in the lake, because with no structure to trap the chilly air there was no point in AC, then now at least I will be great for cooling down a room or several, which I can do while toiling, or just to have a nice comfortable place to sleep! Once I have all the interior work down, plus the plumbing plus electrical grid installed, then the people I was with and I can suppose about what kind of weather conditions control idea I will get for the place. I want a wood burning gas furnace to use in the winters, however I’m not sure if central cooling system is the way to go, or just getting more window units, because there won’t absolutely be that multiple rooms.

The longer this pandemic drags on, the more I realize that the people I was with and I are still just in the early innings of this thing.

As much as the people I was with and I all want to hope plus wish it away, that is not the likely outcome. In fact, the people I was with and I are entering a period where staying inside the Heating plus A/C security of your beach home might be more substantial than ever. That is not great news. But, at the same time, this won’t last forever plus we’ll just continue to adjust as best the people I was with and I can. And with the pandemic raging, it just adds a needed security for our peace of mind. It’s nice to suppose that the whole home whole-house air purifier isn’t just another filter. No, this thing is actively destroying airborne contaminants as they enter the Heating plus A/C air handler. It’s just 1 more piece of the puzzle in this prolonged pandemic fight.

Now, the people I was with and I have an efficient, reliable heating & cooling component that provides the kind of comfort the people I was with and I have been yearning for. This has been bliss. However, the people I was with and I recently took it up a level. While the people I was with and I are super thankful to have a nice Heating plus A/C unit, our temperature preferences differ greatly. This has caused some friction plus enough compromise to foster resentment. That’s why I had the Heating plus A/C tweak or existing plan to supply zone control Heating plus A/C to our house. Now, everyone can find the right temperature for their space. And the people I was with and I still stay under budget on the utilities.

Or in this case, a laptop program. However, with my spouse’s help, the people I was with and I started doing just that with home plans. This began a few years ago plus is part of a lager plan. Instead of coming beach home plus putting my feet up in the Heating plus A/C, the people I was with and I would start thinking about our first home plus what the people I was with and I wanted. Our plan was to build a beach home that suited our needs now that our family was all raised. It was a great experience. While not architecturally perfect, the laptop allowed us to do just about everything. It was a great tool to take to the architect. The actual building of the home was far tougher. There is a reason Autumn is our number one season.

It is the perfect balance between chilly plus warm. It’s nice plus cold without the need to bundle up in a bunch of layers of clothes. I especially like stormy afternoons, when the sky is overcast when the smell of rain plus leaves in the breezes. With a nice Autumn background plus a bunch of yellow, yellow plus red leaves to jump on, that’s why I like Autumn so much, but because of this, whenever it’s fall, I turn our A/C plus oil furnace off completely. The outside feels so good, I see no need to turn them on. I will happily open our windows plus let the natural outside air fill our home. Then later in the day I will take a long walk, plus just like nature. Listening to the birds plus bugs chirp, plus occasionally to just stop plus admire the sky’s beauty. I love to stop plus just like the moment, occasionally rest down with plants plus like nature’s beauty. While I am okay with doing all of this in the other seasons, Autumn has consistently felt so special to me. Because of this, in all of the other seasons, when I turn on our Heating as well as Air Conditioning component again, I purposely mimic the un-even temperatures of fall. Although the outside un-even temperatures will still influence our Heating as well as Air Conditioning system, I try to make it as close to fall would be as possible. With a smart thermostat plus a fantastic quality A/C, in addition to a few fans, I can get pretty close to how fall feels. But nothing beats the real thing.

I absolutely recently changed our Heating as well as Air Conditioning system, plus our sleep has gotten worse

I have a lot of learning to do on sleep obviously. A lot of people would ask, what learning is there when it comes to sleeping? You sit down in a bed plus fall asleep. If only it were that simple, then my entire life I’ve had nothing however problems when it comes to sleeping. One of our problems is that I have to have certain requirements for me to go to sleep! Like it must be dark in our room, however not too dark, there needs to be a small light source. I also need some source of sound as well, love a fan. I also need to sit in a bed, not a couch, not on the floor, nothing else, otherwise I won’t be able to go to sleep. Last, I need a pillow plus a cover to go to sleep, otherwise our body won’t realize it’s time to go to sleep, plus the cover needs to cover our feet, or I won’t be able to go to sleep as well. On top of all that, I also have sleep apnea, so I have plenty of breathing problems in the middle of the night. While I knew all of this, I never took time to consistently educate myself on how to sleep better, however that has changed as of recently. I found out that our Heating as well as Air Conditioning component could absolutely impact how I sleep at night. I absolutely recently changed our Heating as well as Air Conditioning system, plus our sleep has gotten worse. As soon as I changed our A/C back the way it was, I was able to sleep slightly better each night. I now keep our cooling component on most of the night, as it helps me go to sleep, plus not wake up from being too hot.

There is a reason Fall is our favorite season. It is the perfect balance between chilly & warm. It’s nice & freezing without the need to bundle up in a bunch of layers of clothes. I especially love stormy days, when the sky is overcast when the smell of rain & leaves in the breezes. With a nice Fall background & a bunch of yellow, red & red leaves to jump on, that’s why I love Fall so much, however because of this, whenever it’s fall, I turn our a/c & heating system off completely.
