I may not even stick with another central air system. I am actually hoping to get a brand new ductless mini split system. This will help me to adjust the temperature in unusual rooms of my house. That will also help with the spottiness. The mini split system will allow me to temperature control unusual rooms all at the same time. So if I want my family room cooler, I can change the temperature in my family room. All of the air is adjusted to my preference.

I believe there is no better feeling than being outside and freezing.
