I labor in an office with a bunch of people… I am blessed that most of the people in my office are my age, but I have to divulge that are pretty discouraging… Most of my coworkers are constantly complaining about something. It doesn’t even matter what it is I feel like they just want to hear themselves talk. I try to be friendly with them but I don’t want to have friends that just like to rest around, complain plus gossip all the time. I will go with them to cheerful hour periodically, but then they just get even worse plus start talking poorly about other people in the office! One thing they just can’t seem to let go is the temperature of the office, and they constantly guess the air conditioner is blasting when it’s not. However, instead of telling upper management that they have a concern with the temperature of the air conditioner, they just rest around plus gossip about how our boss isn’t a wonderful leader. Maybe they should voice their opinions to someone that can honestly make a change. I don’t guess the air conditioner is a problem, but I know that if I was cold cold every afternoon at labor I would make sure to tell my boss right away! Nothing wonderful comes out of them just standing around plus chatting together, maybe I should go to my boss plus say they are the concern plus not the air conditioner. Maybe that would keep them from being so discouraging all the time.
