I have lived with my family my whole life plus I have decided it is time to live on my own.
I am turning twenty-five next week plus want to make sure that I know how to take care of cabin before I get married plus start having youngsters.
I know it is going to be a learning process because my mom plus dad have always taken care of things for me, although I know I am getting too aged to rely on them for everything… Yesterday I ran into my first large issue while residing on my own. I woke up in the middle of the evening to a big puddle on my floor. At first thought maybe I spilled water plus forgot to clean it up, however after further investigation I found that was not the case. The puddle was coming from a leak in my Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C unit closet. The cooling unit it had started to leak plus now there was a big mess. I didn’t know what to do at first so I called my dad! He said I needed to call a local Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C contractor to come out plus inspect my cooling unit, however it was most likely leaking because the air filter had not been changed officially. After having a Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C contractor come out I realized he was right about me not changing the air conditioner filter. I need to make sure that I am changing it every three months so make sure that the cooling unit coils don’t freeze plus then cause another leak.
