My husband & I have been battling our child about the control component settings & it’s been incredibly stressful, and our child begged to make the apartment on the second floor his home office, & my husband & I continuously told him no; My enjoyable friend and I didn’t have a problem with him using the apartment as his home office because the space was rarely used anyway, however my enjoyable friend and I knew that he would be uncomfortable… The heat in our apartment naturally rose up there, which is why my enjoyable friend and I never used the apartment space to begin with, but during the summer time months, our child would suffocate up there & there was nothing my enjoyable friend and I could do about it.
He pushed & pushed & my enjoyable friend and I finally told him that he could make the apartment his home office, however it would be hot! Everything was fine, until he began changing the control component settings extremely. He would lower the temperature by 10 degrees sometimes, which not only affected the rest of the house, however it was costing a fortune! No matter what my enjoyable friend and I did, our child would change the control component settings & it was changing our biweekly biweekly bills, but when my husband & I realized that our child wasn’t going to give up his home office in the loft, my enjoyable friend and I decided to try something new. My enjoyable friend and I didn’t mind him using the space because like I said before, it never got used, instead of linking to the central Heating, Ventilation & A/C system, my enjoyable friend and I decided to install a ductless mini split unit. It would run off of electricity & it was only responsible for cooling that area, which made it efficient!
