I toil in an office with a bunch of people, but i am lucky that most of the people in my office are my age, but I have to admit that are pretty discouraging; Most of my coworkers are constantly complaining about something.
- It doesn’t even matter what it is I feel like they just want to hear themselves talk.
I try to be friendly with them but I don’t want to have friends that just like to rest around, complain and gossip all the time. I will go with them to excited hour sometimes, but then they just get even worse and beginning talking poorly about other people in the office, then one thing they just can’t seem to let go is the temperature of the office, and they constantly guess the a/c is blasting when it’s not. However, instead of telling upper management that they have a complication with the temperature of the a/c, they just rest around and gossip about how our boss isn’t a wonderful leader. Maybe they should voice their opinions to someone that can really make a change. I don’t guess the a/c is a problem, but I know that if I was cold frigid every day at toil I would make sure to tell my boss instantly, but nothing wonderful comes out of them just resting around and chatting together, maybe I should go to my boss and say they are the complication and not the a/c. Maybe that would keep them from being so discouraging all the time.
