Just the other week when my a/c had stopped working, I really didn’t think too much of it.
I had had stuff like this happen before, and had always been able to get it repaired without much of an issue.
The air conditioner had stopped blowing cold air, an issue that I considered to be fairly minor. I did what I would normally do. I called up the heating and cooling company that was near my house and they promised to get a HVAC technician out soon to repair it. However when the heating and a/c specialist came out to take a look at my a/c, it seemed like it was only one problem after the next. The guy looked confused as he took my air conditioner apart. After working on it for about a half an hour, he finally gave up and admitted he had no idea why it wasn’t working, he explained he planned to bring out another HVAC professional to take a look at it too. When he returned with the second heating and cooling technician, this guy had a similar reaction. It seems I had a fairly difficult repair, and that went back and got her another person. I guess this time the third time was the charm, because HVAC tech number three figured it out. He explained the first two guys were newer and I had an unusual repair. Luckily for me, it all ended well when they were able to successfully for the problem and I had cool air flowing through my house again.
