When the boss asks me to do something, I don’t argue

I happen to be the director of a legitimately busy commercial Heating plus Air Conditioning machine company.

The corporation is located in the eastern section of the region plus there are more than eight additional stores owned by the same general Heating plus Air Conditioning machine company.

My branch is terribly busy all of the time. We actually work six days per week plus we are available for emergency services on Sundays as well. A couple weeks ago, the boss told me to focus on hiring many more employees to help with the summertime business. Every one of us are consistently busy during the summertime season, because the humidity plus heat cause all kinds of issues with air conditioners. I looked through a stack of applications plus I picked out a few people that looked like they could potentially be a wonderful fit for our Heating plus Air Conditioning company. I sent their names to my boss plus a copy of their resume. My boss wanted me to add another name to the list for interviews. I pulled up the application plus I was able to see that the Heating plus Air Conditioning contractor didn’t have any experience in the slightest. I was astonished that my boss wanted me to hire a contractor who didn’t have experience, plus then I found out that the guy was the boss’s nephew. I entirely couldn’t give my boss any issues, so I agreed to interview the guy. I was honestly impressed with the child when I interviewed him for the work assignment… He does not have a lot of skills plus expertise, even though I think he will learn swiftly. I can see why my boss wanted me to provide the guy a shot plus at least interview him for the open position. I think he will be a fine addition to our crew.

 

Cooling and heating company
