I have been renting my dwelling for a while now.
- I actually like my site plus my landlord is good too, however, there are a few things that need to be changed around my dwelling if I am going to stay for much longer.
I don’t want to supply my landlord any ultimatums, but I suppose he needs to know my situation plus that I will be leaving if my needs aren’t met… One thing that I have spoken to him about many times is the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C system. I don’t suppose I can take it much longer because the cooling system hasn’t been laboring properly for about six weeks. In our neighborhood it’s the middle of the summer time plus my pal and I have undoubtedly boiling summer time temperatures. I have spoken to my landlord about this a few times plus his response is always that he will repair it. However, I have not seen him make an effort to repair anything since I told him the first time about the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C issues. I am starting to get upset because I don’t suppose that I can live like this for much longer. Thankfully, I was able to get a box fan for my room to help cool me off while I am sleeping. I am going to tell my landlord one more time about the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C issues plus if he doesn’t repair it after that my pal and I am going to leave my dwelling plus he will have to find someone else to live here.
