Not only am I a first time condo owner, I’m an owner of a brand new house.
I moved out into a planned community as well, and so the condo I moved into was just built. It’s so amazing to have my own condo. I don’t share the wall with anyone. And I have real Heating and A/C in it instead of the old or overwhelmed heating as well as cooling units I’ve been accustomed to in apartments where I’ve lived before. But the charming heating and cooling experience that I now have in the condo didn’t start out that way. Actually, it took me a few nights, once I moved in, to realize that something just wasn’t quite right with the Heating as well as A/C inside of my new condo. The heating as well as cooling was better than the apartment I left right off the bat, of course. However, as soon as I started setting up my new home, I observed that the Heating as well as A/C vents were strangely positioned. And it just didn’t make sense that I had no vents in the study room, but I had multiple ones in the master bath. And the one Heating as well as A/C air duct I had in the master study room was right near the door. Plus, it was pointed out toward the door. It turns out, I got the Heating and A/C air ducts of a weird floor plan. When I brought this issue up to the builder, they could hardly believe it. Upon inspection, they saw exactly just what I was talking about. And so it’s been about a month now since they rectified the Heating as well as A/C ductwork situation. The quality heating and A/C that I have now is so great that I can hardly believe it.
