I told her she should check her windows plus storm doors for potential leaks, plus then she should set her control unit settings to the right levels for the winter, but last year, she neglected to even turn her control unit over to heating from a/c! I told her to make an appointment with her local Heating plus A/C worker so she can get a gas furnace inspection before the winter. The last thing you want to have is a faulty gas furnace when the weather gets colder.
