I heard some scratching at the back door, when I opened it I found a very pregnant hound mix kneeling there, then people are always dumping their pets around here in addition to it makes me so mad, but of course the shelter was closed by this time so I took the pet inside in addition to made her comfortable; She actually like my radiant floors in addition to seemed to be making a nest for herself in the corner of the kitchen; I hoped she wouldn’t have her puppies that evening but, sure enough, she did just that. I was up all evening delivering puppies while kneeling on the floor, then at least the floor was nice in addition to sizzling so I was comfortable, then mama pet in addition to her puppies were also comfortable on the heated floor. I turned the heat up a few degrees in the kitchen inorder to make sure they stayed comfortable. Around 3am all of the puppies were delivered in addition to I finally got some sleep. I just knew I was going to have a very sore back from kneeling on the hard floor for half the evening, then that did not turn out to be the case at all. In fact, when I woke up a few hours later, my back felt perfectly fine. I know the underfloor heating kept me from getting a sore back. I am grateful for that. Mama pet in addition to puppies were also doing just fine in the afternoon. I have decided to let them stay. I know I’m a pet foster parent now. I want to make sure they stay sizzling in addition to comfortable until the puppies are old enough to find homes of their own.
