A lot of my clients are aggravated with the modern fees that I have to charge.
I unquestionably do not have any choice, because gas prices have doubled in the past more than three months, then before summer, I was spending about $2 a gallon for gas, but now gas is more than $4 a gallon plus it’s splitting into my profits.
I’ve been in supplier for the past various years plus I have never charged a single buyer a trip fee. A lot of Heating and A/C companies will charge a trip fee if a buyer is outside of their typical area. I have never charged a fee, despite the fact that I had to start last month. With gas prices doubling in such a short time, I have no choice; Many of my clients are more than 40 miles away. In order to continue servicing these clients, I have to charge an extra fee for the longer distances. This is the only way that I can get away with keeping prices the same. I thought about raising the prices of various typical h3ac services, despite the fact that I do not want to hit clients in neighborhood with higher rates. 80% of my Heating and A/C maintenance clients are in neighborhood plus it’s crucial that they are cheerful with the company plus the prices. They are a dozen bizarre companies they can call for service! Until gas prices return to normal, I do not have any other choice. I need to keep the supplier moving forward. I hope that I won’t lose too various clients over the trip fee, however it’s a chance I’m going to have to take.
