I have been looking for an HVAC supplier to service my air conditioner for a couple of weeks now.
I never thought that it would be this difficult to find one.
I called a supplier a few weeks ago, when I first started looking, plus they told me that they were not accepting calls in my part at the time. They were only about fifteen miles from my house, so I have no idea why they weren’t accepting calls from my area. That very bummed me out because they were the closest HVAC supplier to me. I called a second dealer, plus they said that they would get back to me, but it has been over two weeks, plus they still have not called me back which makes me uneasy about even hiring them. If they can’t keep track of calling potential customers back, then, how can I trust them to service my air conditioner? I have thought about calling them back though because I can’t find any more HVAC companies near me. The next closest one that I can find is about sixty miles away. I tried calling that supplier once today just to see if they would come all the way out to my house, but the line was busy. I am going to wait until the end of the afternoon to see if that sixth supplier calls me back. If not, I will just hire the second supplier however I am not sure that I trust them. All I want is to get my air conditioner fixed, however I am having so much trouble accomplishing the straight-forward task of finding the right HVAC supplier to hire.
