I have been looking for an HVAC company to fix my air conditioner for a couple of weeks now.
I never thought that it would be this hard to find one.
I called a company a few weeks ago, when I first started looking, and they told me that they were not accepting calls in my area at the time. They were only about fifteen miles from my house, so I have no idea why they weren’t accepting calls from my area. That really bummed me out because they were the closest HVAC company to me. I called a second company, and they said that they would get back to me, but it has been over two weeks, and they still have not called me back which makes me nervous about even hiring them. If they can’t keep track of calling potential customers back, then, how can I trust them to repair my air conditioner? I have thought about calling them back though because I can’t find any more HVAC companies near me. The next closest one that I can find is about sixty miles away. I tried calling that company once today just to see if they would come all the way out to my house, but the line was busy. I am going to wait until the end of the day to see if that third company calls me back. If not, I will just hire the second company even though I am not sure that I trust them. All I want is to get my air conditioner fixed, but I am having so much trouble accomplishing the simple task of finding the right HVAC company to hire.
