My wife and I knew that the people I was with and I were having problems with the cooling system, because the indoor air was starting to suppose warm and clammy… Even when the cooling system was running nonstop, it was still struggling to cool the temperature down to 70 degrees.
During the Summer time afternoons, the best temperature the people I was with and I could achieve was 69 degrees.
I talked to an Heating and Air Conditioning supplier worker and they told me that the cooling system can only remove so much key, but on a afternoon when the temperature is 105 degrees outside, the cooling system is doing the best it can. On a single warm Summer afternoon, our wife and I were noticing uncorrect problems and the people I was with and I felt it was necessary to contact a professional. We hastily found out that the coils were legitimately dirty and filled with dust. Was causing some problems and the AC was not running properly due to this issue. My wife and I paid the professional to disinfect the evaporator coils and perform a full maintenance repair on the cooling system. They spent an second cleaning the entire Heating and Air Conditioning unit. Apparently this style of repair should be performed properly. After the repair was completed, the indoor air was a few degrees cooler. We also bought a ceiling fan for the kitchen. The fan helps circulate the air and that makes the room a few degrees colder too. We still have trouble on the hottest afternoons of summer, but at least the people I was with and I can suppose freezing air coming out of the ductwork. We suppose the concern isn’tsomething with the indoor machine.
