I suppose our son is just paranoid about the fact that the critters need a heating plan out there
My son is so crazy about all of his critters that occasionally, he just goes overboard. He drives me crazy talking about his goats & his pigs & his horses all the time. I mean, I’m glad that he loves his critters & everything, & I would really much rather him have them as a activity than something enjoy video games or dungeons & dragons, but occasionally he drives me nuts with all of his talk about the critters out in the barn. At this point in the year whenever the weather is finally cooling off, he’s starting to panic about his critters getting too cold out there in the barn during the cold, Winter afternoons. He has started begging me to get a heating plan put out in the barn for the critters for this year. He says that he’s afraid that they are just going to get too cold & that they might even freeze to death. I don’t suppose that they are going to be too cold at all. I mean, critters have lived in barns separate from oil furnaces for hundreds of years now, & they have always been good with their building, hay, & body heat. I suppose that they will be just good throughout the Winter this year, too. The people I was with and I aren’t even expecting really cold temperatures around here this winter, anyway. I suppose our son is just paranoid about the fact that the critters need a heating plan out there. I guess enjoy anything that we end up putting up out there for extra heat will be a fire hazard.
