Immune health gets a lot of help from whole house air purifier

It’s good that I have a fairly patient demeanor.

Because if I didn’t, I would have already totally lost it given the situation with the pandemic.

Patience is really all I have. As our country is falling deeper into massive infection, all I really can do is sort of wait it out. My kids are learning from home. I work from a converted guest room. At least I like my house and we have great HVAC heating & cooling. Working from home is also part of the patience approach. I miss the office and many of my colleagues. However, I sure like th HVAC better at my house. It’s a bonus to be able to work from home while this pandemic mess unravels in front of me. At least I still have a job and the relative normalcy of that. Another proactive step I’ve take has to do with the indoor air quality of my home. It concerned me to read that bad indoor air quality really suppresses the immune system. I hadn’t really considered the indoor air quality of my house prior to this. During the worst of the allergy season, I might put in a HEPA type HVAC air filter. But, I have never been all that regular about it. So, I chose to have the HVAC people install a whole house air purifier. It isn’t a great big deal. It fits inside the HVAC air handler where it kills airborne contaminants with intense UV light. It feels good to know that we have the best indoor air quality possible. And, it feels good to actually do something to help in the fight against Covid.
