How Pure is the Air in Your Furnace or Heater?

I’ve been into healthy living my whole life.

My mom was a yoga instructor and my father was an avid wrestler and workout enthusiast.

They taught me the importance of living a healthy life and just being a good person as much as possible. I like to stick to a clean diet six days a week and eat whatever I want on the 7th day. It’s worked for me so far and kept me out of hospitals for the most part. I think everyone should drink a big glass of water first thing in the morning to hydrate the system. We also have an HVAC air filter to remove most of the impurities in the air in our house. I know the importance of clean air and how it keeps the body healthy. The less toxins the better, so when it comes to indoor air quality we never hold back on spending extra money for better quality air cleaning systems. I have a meter that measures the amount of particles in the air so we always know what we are breathing in. I think the HVAC filter is much more superior than the cheap throwaway paper filters so we never worry about their cost. This is one of the most important things for me with health, right up there with regular exercise. Buy a good air conditioner and heater and make sure it has a washable HEPA filter and you’ll feel much happier and healthier. I know how much it hurts to be sick with the flu and keeping the air clean is a great way to avoid getting sick like this.
