Having the ductwork system cleaned for new buyer

My wifey & I recently sold our four-bedroom household.

All of our children are grown & out of the house & it does not make sense to have such a massive place anymore.

My wifey & I made the decision to sell the massive house & buy an RV so the two of us are able to travel across the country. The house was on the market for approximately 2 months before the two of us received a full offer. The customer did have a few requests, but one of the requests was due to the fact that the two of us have a bunch of pets. The new customer has the worst allergies! Since she cannot move into the household until the HVAC duct has been cleaned & sanitized, she asked if the two of us would be willing to pay for the service. Both of us agreed to have the HVAC duct cleaned & sanitized before the two of us moved out of the household. My wifey & I paid the HVAC duct cleaning dealer $740 to scrub & sanitize all of the HVAC duct, air vents, return fence & covers. They performed an incredibly thorough job. They had a whole cart of tools & they used a camera to make sure all of the areas were scrubbed & free of dust or debris. I was shocked by the fresh odor when they finished the job. Everything looked entirely fresh & spotless & the two of us couldn’t see a single speck of dust on any of the surfaces. The new customer was cheerful with the final results. Both of us signed all of the final paperwork last week, & now we’re looking for our new mobile household. Both of us decided to head out west as soon as the two of us can. There are numerous parks & monuments to see.
