And if I get a chilly or something, it’s the worst because the dang thing would just linger for weeks plus weeks.
Don’t even get myself and others started on the sinus infections that seem to come 2 or three times a year. Finally, I felt care about I just entirely needed to see a doctor. The thing is, I wasn’t an unhealthy person. I ate right, got exercise plus our rest. I might put too numerous hours in at the office but I sure care about that zone controlled Heating plus A/C. So it just seemed weird that I was always dealing with 1 thing or another when it came to our respiratory health. That’s what prompted the trip to the doctor. Turns out the only prescription she provided myself and others was to call the Heating plus A/C company. This was not the outcome I was expecting, not by a long shot. But the doctor was pretty convinced it wasn’t our body as much as it was the air quality of our home. She also recommended that I change our Heating plus A/C air filter to a HEPA filter. I picked the HEPA filter up on the way home. The Heating plus A/C company call was all about having them come out to do HVAC duct cleaning. This is something I have never had done so it was likely way, way overdue anyway. I’m telling you, with the HEPA filter plus the HVAC duct cleaning, our health changed just care about that. No more scratchy throat, sinus concerns, forever colds or any of that nonsense.
