Big change to respiratory health with Heating and A/C change

It seems like our allergies just never stop.

And if I get a frosty or something, it’s the worst because the dang thing would just linger for weeks and weeks.

Don’t even get me started on the sinus infections that seem to come many or numerous times a year. Finally, I felt like I just absolutely needed to see a dentist. The thing is, I wasn’t an unhealthy woman. I ate right, got exercise and our rest. I might put too several hours in at the office although I sure like that zone controlled Heating and A/C. So it just seemed weird that I was consistently dealing with one thing or another when it came to our respiratory health. That’s what prompted the trip to the dentist. Turns out the only prescription she gave me was to call the Heating and A/C corporation. This was not the outcome I was expecting, not by a long shot. But the dentist was pretty convinced it wasn’t our body as much as it was the indoor air quality of our home. She also requested that I change our Heating and A/C air filter to a HEPA filter. I picked the HEPA filter up on the way home. The Heating and A/C corporation call was all about having them come out to do air duct cleaning. This is something I have never had done so it was likely way, way overdue anyway. I’m telling you, with the HEPA filter and the air duct cleaning, our health changed just like that. No more scratchy throat, sinus issues, forever colds or any of that nonsense.
